Beatrice G. Hopson, 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Lincoln County, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, at her residence.
Born Friday, Sept. 18, 1936, in King Mountain, Beatrice was a daughter of the late Harvey and Rosetta Privett Hopson. She was an administrative assistant and a member of Summerside Methodist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Myrtle Bell Staples.
Survivors include two special cousins, Karen (Thomas) Flinn and Jan McConnell; and two special friends, Cheryl (Roy) Belmont and James (Carol) Strausbaugh.
Private burial services were Feb. 28 at Pleasant Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Kings Mountain.
Fox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
