Deanna Faye “Dodie” Brooks, 41, of Hustonville, died Wednesday, March 6, at Fort Logan Hospital.
Born Aug. 11, 1971, in Christian County, Deanna was a daughter of Lurlene Knight Farris Cook of Hopkinsville and the late Namon Ross Farris. She was a registered nurse and of the Baptist Faith.
Other survivors include her husband, Jarrett Scott “Boomer” Brooks; three daughters, Chantal Holtzclaw, McKenzie Gamache and Jordyn Brooks; a son, Justin Bennett; sister, Debbie Kay Robertson; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were March 10 at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs. Burial was in Shyflat Cemetery in Christian County.
