Donna Gail Cummins, 49, of Waynesburg, passed away Monday, Feb. 18, at University of Kentucky Medical Center.
She was also preceded in death by her father, Tom Kidd Jr.; mother, Wanda G. Hodge Caldwell; stepfather, Jerry Caldwell; one brother, Michael Caudill; and three sisters, Connie Kidd, Patricia Blevins and Michelle Bowman.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Henry Cummins of Waynesburg; one son, Justin Michael Blake Cummins of Waynesburg; one daughter, Valerie Nicole Cummins of Waynesburg; five brothers, Danny Kidd of Indiana and Richard Caudill, Jeremy Caldwell, Gary Caldwell and Karl Caldwell, all of Mt. Vernon; two sisters, Vicki (Dalmas) Doan and Angela Gentry, both of Mt. Vernon; 21 nieces and nephews; and 27 great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services were Feb. 23, at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in Science Hill. Burial was in Friendship Cemetery, Broughtontown.
