Michael Ray Henson, 42, of Stanford, died Sunday, Jan. 6 at the Fort Logan Hospital of a gunshot wound.
Born Nov. 22, 1970, in Garrard County, Michael was the son of Ray Henson of Stanford and the late Phyllis Ann Henson.
Other survivors include two sons, Michael Brent Stewart of Louisville and Bryan Cody Henson of Stanford; a grandson, Rockland Gage Hill of Junction City; and a grandmother, Virginia Godbey of Crab Orchard.
No services were held.
Care Cremation in Lexington was in charge.
