Ruby Joyce Douglas Lear, 79, of Junction City, died Thursday, March 14.
Born April 9, 1933, Ruby was a daughter of the late Walter and Ada Vaught Douglas. She was a homemaker and a member of Alum Springs First Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Lear; sons, Marshall (Louise), Jerry, David (Kathryn) and Darrell Jackson; daughters, Joyce Ann Anderson, Peggy Jackson, Mary Penny Hardy and Ruby Joyce Wilson; brothers, Arvil, Marshall and Buddy Douglas; sisters, Peggy Lipscomb, Pauline Phillips, Elizabeth Phillips and Judy Ryan; 24 grandchildren; and 50 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were March 19 at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Burial was in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
