Vivian Marie Adams Denny, 57, of Crab Orchard, died Wednesday, Feb. 20.
Born Feb. 17, 1956, in Broughtontown, Vivian was a daughter of Opal Bishop Adams and the late Jesse Willard Adams. She was a former nursing assistant for Stanford House Nursing Home.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Adams; and two brothers, Herschel and Jessie, Jr. Adams.
Other survivors include a daughter, Angelia Allen (fiance' Roy Gillispie); a son, Jesse Shane Turner; six sisters, Wanda Toney, Dorothy Saylor, Judy Petrey, Carolyn Townsend, Jerry Elder and Juanita Rousey; two brothers, Eugene and Randy Adams; two grandchildren, Casie Wade Allen and Christian Denise Allen; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Funeral services were Feb. 23 at McKnight Funeral Home in Crab Orchard with Chaplain Jim Baldwin officiating. Burial was in the Adams Family Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Eugene, Randy and Herschel Adams, Jr., Kenny Elder, Stan Petrey and Dale Townsend.
