Tonia Leah Martin, 42, of Crab Orchard, died Monday, March 18 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
Born Sept. 6, 1970, Tonia was a daughter of William Henry Countryman and the late Rebecca Susan Sowder Countryman.
Other survivors include her husband, Michael Martin; daughters, Kayla Leah and Shayla Susan Martin; brothers, David Wayne (Leslie) and Kelly Wade Countryman;
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. tonight (March 21) at Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 22 at Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals with Bro. Ron Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery.
