Braelyn Dean Oakley was born and died Saturday, March 3, at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
She was the daughter of Jonathan and Rachael Michele Oakley of Somerset.
Other survivors include two brothers, Shannon and Landon Oakley; paternal grandparents, Mary Oakley of Somerset and Robert Oakley of Hopkinsville; and maternal grandparents, Tammy and Steve Dean of Stanford.
Graveside services were March 6 at Mt. Moriah Church Cemetery with Rev. Bill Gooch officiating.
Spurlin Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
