Lillian Salerno, acting administrator for the USDA's Rural Business and Cooperative Programs, visited Stanford March 6 and toured Lincoln Manufacturing LLC's factory floor. LML has been the recipient of millions in government-guaranteed loans over the past few years, funding Salerno wanted to highlight as an essential piece of keeping rural business strong in the U.S.
