    The town was dressed in its Sunday best last week while vying for top ranking as a part of Rand McNally and USA Today’s Best of the Road competition, and the Arts Center joined in on the entire craze.     Two Danville women have been selected to participate in this year’s Art In Bloom exhibit Feb. 24-26 at the University of Kentucky Art Museum in Lexington. Each year in February, expert floral designers and professional florists are invited to fill the museum with flowers, interpreting works of art from the permanent or traveling collection. Creative and talented flower arrangers from local garden clubs recently have been included among the approximately 30 exhibitors.
