    A group of students from St. Agatha Academy and the Clark County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy join Winchester Mayor Ed Burtner and Clark County Judge-Executive Henry Branham as they read a proclamation celebrating Winchester and Clark County being named one of the 100 Best Communities for Young People for 2011. The designation was given by America’s Promise Alliance and ING for the efforts of organizations and individuals within the community to reduce the dropout rate among high school students as well as other initiatives for youth.
