Brazilian model/polo player shares her workout routine

Paula Chermont, who began modeling in Brazil at age 16, has strutted runways around the world and been featured in numerous magazines, including Marie Claire (Portugal). The daughter of a renowned equestrian, she rode horses from childhood, and in recent years the 6-foot model has become a top polo player on the women's circuit. The British newspaper, The Sun, labeled her among the "top 10 posh sports babes" in 2009. Chermont is playing in The AMG Miami Beach Polo World Cup from April 21 to 24.
