Infant Madison Elaine Fogle died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at Meritus Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 20, 2011, and was the daughter of Bryan Howard Moore and Stephanie Suzanne Fogle of Thurmont, Md.
Besides her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, David Michael Fogle and wife, Denise, of Thurmont; paternal grandparents, Wesley Howard Moore of Taylorsville, Md., and Ann Colson and husband, Doug, of Libertytown, Md.; maternal great-grandparents, Howard Franklin Davis and wife, Doris, of Hagerstown; paternal great-grandmothers, Mary Moore of Taylorsville, and Irene Brashear of Libertytown; brother, Ayden Fogle of Thurmont; half brother, Colby Moore of Libertytown; uncles, Corey and Derrick Fogle, both of Thurmont; godmother, Megan Hobbs of Woodsboro, Md.; numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins, very special friends, Eric Fogle and wife, Holly, of Frederick, Md., and Robbin Crow and husband, Dwayne, of Wolfsville, Md.; and many other friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Roy and Joann Fogle.
Madison is at Robert E. Dailey & Son Funeral Homes P.A., 615 E. Main St., Thurmont, where the family will receive friends Monday, Oct. 24, 2011, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Pat Sullivan of Calvary Assembly Church in Walkersville, Md., officiating. Interment will be in Rocky Hill Cemetery, Woodsboro.
