  9. Annabelle Morocco Wood, 91, of Doylestown, formerly of Somerset

    Annabelle Morocco Wood, 91, of Doylestown, formerly of Somerset, died March 12, 2013. Born in Johnstown and raised in Somerset, she is the daughter of the late Howard D. and Mabel (Partlett) Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Morocco, with whom she shared over 50 years of marriage. Annabelle was known to be a kind and gentle lady. She had volunteered at Patriot Manor and Siemon’s Nursing Home. Annabelle was an avid reader. She enjoyed crochet, knitting, playing the piano, and providing piano lessons. She also was an artist. She enjoyed drawing floral arrangements and most recently learned to draw horses and animals. Annabelle is survived by her children, Sandra L. (Garvin) Kissinger of Doylestown, and Thomas (Nancy) Morocco of Erie. She is also survived by her grandchildren, David G. Kissinger of Fort Worth, Texas; Pamela L. McGibbon of West Grove; Kurt A. (Emily) Kissinger of Elizabethtown; Timothy D. (Donna) Morocco of Land of Lakes, Fla.; Todd A. Morocco of Orlando, Fla., seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Family and friends are invited to Annabelle’s Memorial Service, Monday, March 18, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will be held at a later date in Somerset County Memorial Park, Somerset. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Doylestown Hospital Hospice, 595 W. State St., Doylestown, PA 18901.
