The Mountain to hold meeting

The Mountain is a future endeavor put together by several members of the community’s Christians to be housed in Jessamine County and serve the central-Kentucky region.

The idea behind The Mountain is to provide a community Christian learning center and café for those who need something different in their search for God and Christianity.

It would include a relaxed table-type environment where you can learn about “Life Lessons” and how they apply to your walk with God; where you can stop in during the week for an inexpensive breakfast or lunch; where you can meet with others in a group for studying, a meeting, or just hanging out.

The Mountain will offer classes for men, women, tweens and teens, as well as those who need a little extra help with other issues in life.

The Mountain will offer space for weddings, receptions, large group meetings, rehearsal dinners, concerts and more.

Come see and feel the “Vision” at The Mountain open house Saturday, July 14, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the old John Michael Montgomery’s Restaurant on Plaza Drive.
