Chef Alberto Lazzarino in the kitchen of Osteria La Buca on Melrose Avenue. He started in L.A. at Mauro Vincenti's Rex and Alto Palato, then cooked at Piccolo Ristorante in Venice before opening Melograno in Hollywood.
