    Well, here we go again. Freezing temperatures just when the fruit trees are in full bloom are not a good thing. We are waiting to assess the damage done by the cold spell experienced over the weekend. We, like everyone else, are hoping that the trees are past the point of incurring severe damage.     As I write this, I am listening to the rumble of thunder and rain pelting the windows. Last week, the wind was so strong, I thought our house was going to tumble down the hill.
