  5. Food on the Table: The 4-1-1 about food storage

You’ve heard the term before, but do you know what food storage is? Food storage, is a three to six month supply of non-perusable or frozen foods. This supply of food is commonly associated with food that can sustain you through an emergency or natural disaster, such as hurricanes, blizzards, or tornados; when food and resources are hard to reach or in short supply. However, having a nice stockpile of food can sustain you through today’s more common emergencies such as increasing food prices, unemployment, or unexpected car or medical emergencies.

  11. Real Life Deals: How the `three Rs' can save money and the earth

We all know the importance of recycling and how beneficial it is to our environment.
