    It took East Jessamine 23 minutes and 40 seconds to build a 21-7 lead against Franklin County on Friday night in Frankfort. It only took the Flyers (7-0) nine seconds to cut that lead to two points before tearing through the rest of the third quarter and downing the Jaguars (4-2) 40-29.

We, as kids, learned early on you better be quiet when Adolph Rupp came on TV or the radio, or there was any mention of the University of Kentucky basketball team.
