    Businesses across Central Pennsylvania are gearing up for the seasonal hiring period.  Party City in Lancaster County has already hired 10 seasonal employees and plans to hire 10 more.  It began the process with close to 300 applications and will continue to accept them through the beginning of next week.  The store needs cashiers and costume pullers as Halloween approaches.  The store manager is looking for dependable, fast-paced employees with a passion for customers.
