    Nicholasville police issued 249 tickets to people failing to wear seat belts during a statewide &ldquo;Click It or Ticket&rdquo; campaign that ran May 23 through June 5. During that time, the NPD had nine DUI-related arrests, 10 felony arrests, 29 fugitive apprehensions, eight drugs-related arrests, and arrested 17 people driving on suspended licenses, Maj.
