    Last Thursday, the two members of the Lincoln County Board of Education who were reelected in the November election, Jim Kelley and Tim Jackson, were sworn in by Board Attorney Jonathan Baker after affirming they hadn’t fought or offered to fight a duel or acted as a second in a duel. After clearing up that matter for the record in an exercise that always brings a smile to the faces of witnesses, the board went on to fill the position of board chairman and other posts.
