    Sunday, Stanford New Beginnings United Methodist Church Pastor Jeremy James was taken into custody by City of Stanford and Lincoln County law enforcement officers. James was taken from the church by local law enforcement officers while preaching to his congregation. His crime? Too much compassion and empathy for people of all faiths around the world who are not free to worship as they see fit.
