    Harris T. Tudor, 88, husband of Ila Marie Moberley Tudor, passed away Thursday, Dec. 6, in Lexington. Born in Madison County, he was the son of the late Harris Tudor Sr. and Myrtle Callico Tudor. Harris served our country during World War II, was a recipient of a Purple Heart, and was a member of the Marine Raiders Special Forces. He is a member of Old Paris Road Church of God. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Janice Marie Shelbourne. Surviving other than his wife is his son, Chauncey Tudor and wife Olivia of Nicholasville; seven grandchildren, Cody, Colton, Brody and Beau Tudor of Nicholasville, Stacy Parnell of Thompkinsville, and Tommy Shelbourne and Renee Edwards of Sarasota, Fla.; and six great-grandchildren. He is also preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 10, at 12:30 p.m. at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Road, where visitation was held Sunday from 5-8 p.m. Entombment followed in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
