Sage leaves

Simple syrup

Lemon juice

Bombay Sapphire Gin

 

Add 6 sage leaves, 1/2 oz. simple syrup & 1/2 oz. lemon juice and muddle those ingredients.

Add 2 oz of Bombay Sapphire and 1 oz. of Cocchi Americano.

Strain and serve in a martini glass.
