Otto V. Whitt, Mount Sterling, has been elected manager of the Federal Land Bank Association of Winchester. Whitt succeeds Arthur Littrell, who resigned several weeks ago.

Three Winchester residents were among the 30 employees of the Lexington Signal Depot who were honored last week in recognition of their outstanding sick leave records. Claude A. Brackett, Stanley O. Burkhead and William Stacy were among persons who received 1,500-hour certificates.
