George Rogers Clark High School SBDM  meeting, 5 p.m. in the library. This meeting was orginally set for March 6 which was a snow day.
— Hannah McClure school-based council, 5 p.m. in the library.
— Writers Group meeting, 6 p.m. Clark County Public Library conference room.
— Celebrate Recovery, 7 p.m., Calvary Christian Church, 15 Redwing Drive, entrance C. A program based on the 12 steps and the Eight Beatitudes for any hurt, habit or hang-up with support groups for family members, as well as Celebration Station for kids and The Landing for teens. — Clark County Community Services panel, 10 a.m. at the Clark County Public Library for free and low-cost sports activities for children. There will be representatives from Clark County Public Schools, Parks and Recreation, YMCA and Civitan.

THURSDAY, MARCH 14

— Telephone Pioneers  monthly meeting, 11:30 a.m., Golden Corral.
Diabetes self-management training class, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Clark County Public Library. Classes will be taught by a certified diabetes educator and registered dietician.
— Second Thursday program, Bluegrass Heritage Museum, 6:30 p.m. Preservationist H. Foster Pettit will speak about the history of the John Hunt Morgan home in Lexington.
