2013 Distinguished Young Woman of Clark County Scholarship Program photo gallery
Haley Tye was named the 2013 Distinguished Young Woman of Clark County Friday evening. Also placing were Joanna Guerrant, first runnerup; Eden Bennett, second runnerup; and Peri Drury, third runnerup. The program was held in the auditorium of George Rogers Clark High School.
