Bluegrass Heritage Museum volunteer George Campbell sands black paint from one of the handrails leading to the entrance of the museum, top photo. Campbell also had a wire brush to use with his drill to get to hard-to-reach spots, bottom photo. Campbell will be priming and applying two coats of black oil paint to the handrails once all the old paint is removed.
