Clark Middle council meeting Tuesday

The Clark Middle School-based Decision-making Council will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 6 in the library.

Parks board to meet

The Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation Board will have a special-called meeting today at 5 p.m. at the Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation Health and Wellness Center (College Park Gym).

Free rabies clinic

There will be a free rabies clinic Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Clark County Veterinary Clinic, 116 Hud¿Road. Vaccinations are free for the first 200 animals.
The clinic is sponsored by the Clark County Animal Shelter, the Clark County Veterinary Clinic and the Clark County Health Department.

Christmas party

NAMI Winchester (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will host a Christmas party Monday at the Victory Heights Center for Achievement, 50 Maryland Ave., at 6:15 p.m. Call 737-3384 for reservations.
