Billie Gene Boggs, 74, of Winchester, formerly of Olive Hill, passed away Monday evening in the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

He was born Feb. 16, 1939.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Campbell Boggs.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill.
