Evelyn Wiseman Clem Crowe, 90, wife of Ernest Crowe, passed away at 1:49 a.m. Thursday, July 12 at the Clark Regional Medical Center.
A native of Estill County, she was the daughter of the late John David and Edie Finney Wiseman.
Evelyn was a retired CRMC medical records clerk, a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she was a former Sunday School teacher and a member of the Missionary Society and she also attended First Christian Church.
Additional survivors include two sons, Shirlie M. (Linda) Clem and Lynn David (Ann) Clem; two stepdaughters, Shirley (Don) Powell and Jenny Slone; a granddaughter, Angie (Bill) Allman; three step grandchildren, Lee (Ashley) Powell, Morgan Slone and Bailey (Paul) Milheiser; a great grandchild, Shelby Allman; four step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Jim Wiseman; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Mort and Carl David Wiseman.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at Scobee Funeral Home by Rev. Matt Seel and Rev. Eric Patterson.
Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Mort, Johnny and David Kent Wiseman, Bill Allman, Don Powell, Paul Milheiser, and Shirlie and Lynn Clem.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Harold and Debbie Moberly, Kenneth Barker, Buddy Price, Millard and Frances Johnson, Kenneth and Helena Winkler, Leonard Shortridge, Marilyn Miracle and Wanda King.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today.
Memorial contributions in Evelyn's name are suggested to Trinity UMC or to the First Christian Church.
