Shawn Douglas Patrick, 27, of Winchester, passed away on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013.
Shawn was born in Lexington, Ky., on Jan. 17, 1986, to Stephen and Susan Batten Patrick of Winchester.
Additional survivors include his paternal grandmother, Juanita McCuddy Patrick of Winchester; maternal grandparents, Patricia and Gene Batten of Decatur, Tenn.; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lloyd Patrick.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Scobee Funeral Home by Bro. Bill Shumate. Burial will be in the Patrick Family Cemetery in Estill County.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Hall, Vincent Hall, Robert Ford, Dustin Ford, Michael Sallee, Will Kincaid and Rob Chandler. Honorary pallbearers will be Joel Otis and Joel Lane
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Scobee Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Clark County Drug Coalition, P.O. Box 856, Winchester, KY 40392.
