Teri Ann Hinkle, 59, of Winchester, passed away Monday at her home.
She is the daughter of Thomas Roland Phillips of Tulsa, Okla. and the late Betty Jean Leslie Phillips.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Christian Church by the Rev. Jerry Johns.
