First UMC kicks off Face of Love Monday
Face of Love, a combination of vacation Bible school, local mission projects and community outreach, begins Monday at College Park. VBS¿for young children will begin each morning at 9 a.m. at the library at College Park, followed by lunch from the summer feeding program. In the afternoon, the youth will complete mission projects throughout the community.
Beginning Tuesday at 6 p.m., the church will offer a free dinner for the community followed by family-friendly events. The week wraps with a community celebration and service Friday at 6 p.m.
