— Adrian T. Aldridge, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each, to run consecutively, sentencing April 5; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— James Beschorner, second-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended six years, sentencing March 8; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Christopher L. Gipson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; advertising drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 days; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 days; sentencing March 8.
— Kenny K. Heflin, conspiracy to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to two years.
— Sherman Wayne Shackelford, flagrant non-support, sentenced to one year probation.
