— Robert Craker, first-degree sodomy, sentenced to 20 years; first-degree sodomy, sentenced to 10 years concurrent; prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure minor for sexual performance, sentenced to one year consecutive.
— Peggy Renee Willoughby, theft by deception over $10,000, sentenced to one year; theft by deception under $500, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; contempt of court, dismissed.
