— Gregory L. Embs, trafficking in marijuana, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 30 days; sentencing Oct. 11.
— Antonio Hooten, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Oct. 11.
— Antonio R. Hooten, driving under the influence (fourth offense), pleaded guilty, recommended two years; driving on a DUI-suspended operator's license, pleaded guilty, recommended 21 days; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Oct. 11.
— Ronald D. Styles, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to possession of methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days.
— James William Evans II, third-degree burglary, sentenced to one year; possession of burglary tools, sentenced to 12 months; resisting arrest, sentenced to 12 months concurrent.
— Michael Stamper, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to two years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to two years concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 12 months concurrent; carrying a concealed deadly weapon, sentenced to 12 months concurrent.
— Aaron Ferguson, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, recommended eight years, sentencing Oct. 11; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Michael Dewayne Ritchie, manufacturing methamphetamine, amended to attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, pleaded guilty, sentenced to eight years.
