— At 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Stanley D. Davis Jr. of 316 Foxglove Lane reported that someone used his personal information to acquire service from Texas Utilities in Dallas.
Accident
— At 10:55 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which Jason S. Skaggs of Mount Sterling was traveling west when his vehicle started to skid in a curve. It left the road and struck a fence. He was transported to St. Joseph of Mount Sterling with unspecified injuries.
