— Dustin P. Charles, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, three days in lieu of fines; non-payment of fines, dismissed.
— Jesse L. Burgess, attempted first-degree robbery, first-degree robbery, waived to grand jury.
— Florencio A. Espinoza, receiving stolen property, dismissed; third-degree burglary, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 180 days conditionally discharged, restitution, restitution; contempt of court, dismissed.
— Florencio A. Espinoza, second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, 14 days.
— Dustin R. Frye, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, waived to grand jury.
— Lucretia Lankford, theft by deception (three counts), amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 297 days conditionally discharged, restitution.
— Kayshell M. Ray, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, waived to grand jury.
— James C. Robinson, careless driving, pleaded guilty, fined; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 120 days conditionally discharged; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; no operator's license, dismissed.
— Lillie J. Stanton, murder (two counts), waived to grand jury.
— Donald Warner, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, 10 days; third-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree, pleaded guilty, 75 days; resisting arrest, dismissed.
