— William Britton, alcohol intoxication, pleaded guilty, five days; fugitive from another state, waived extradition.
— Lucas Michael Ramey, license plate not legible, dismissed; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 30 days; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, dismissed.
— Steven R. Rogers, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 60 days conditionally discharged, no CVS Pharmacy.
— Johnny G. Covington, flagrant non-support, contempt of court, waived to grand jury.
— Samuel Rogers, driving under the influence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.
— Leroy Sea, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to attempt, dismissed; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, pleaded guilty, 90 days, forfeit motorcycle, camera and $4,100 cash.
— Wendell K. Willoughby, second-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 90 days home incarceration; theft of controlled substance, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.
— Jerry Wolfe, receiving stolen property, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 175 days conditionally discharged.
