Douglas Allen Hopper, 30, of Richmond, formerly of Winchester, passed away on Thursday at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m., Monday, Aug. 6, at Scobee Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Monday.
Burial will be in the Clarmont Memorial Gardens.
