Pill mill law regulations wrong

Dear editor,

The new “pill mill” law is unfair. I take medicine for pain. The other day I took a urine drug test and it came back negative for any drugs. I know the test was wrong, so my doctor did another test and it came back negative also. Clark Regional Medical Center said the test was correct and my doctor said his hands were tied.

I offered to take a blood test or to take my medicine in front of them and let them test it again, but the answer was no. Now I can’t get my pain medicine and this goes in my files. I take my medicine, I don’t sell it or give it away. It’s not right for a person to suffer when she didn’t do anything wrong.
