Life is Cool

Fifth-grade students at Strode Station Elementary School react to the pig lung they were viewing during the "Life is Cool" event this week. Students watching the lungs inflate and deflate are Logan Gaines, Joshua Cunningham and Destiny Napier, Laariah Stewart, Michael Hill and Jessie Thind. Talking to the students are Megan Sams with Clark Regional Medical Center and Diana Thacke, right, with Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates.
