Higgins heads museum program
The February program at the Bluegrass Heritage Museum will feature Chad Higgins on Feb. 14 at 6:30 p.m. Higgins will talk about his gospel singing group, “In Spirit and In Truth,” based in Lexington. The group has been nominated for six 2013 Rhythm of Gospel awards. CD's will be available for purchase. All programs take place at the museum, 217 S. Main St. in Winchester, and are free to the public. Refreshments will be available. Call 745-1358 for more information.
