Civil War Living History set for May 19
The Civil War Living History event is set for Saturday, May 19, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Community Ed offering new classes
Community Education, a program of the Clark County Schools, is offering the following classes: State Registered Nurse Aide, Phlebotomy, Medical Terminology, Basic Life Support (for healthcare providers) and Heartsaver First Aid, CPR and AED.

Chili fundraiser at Generations Center
The Generations Center will host a chili supper fundraiser Feb. 14-15. Meals will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day at 32 Meadow St. and includes chili, sandwich, brownie and Ale-8-One.
Deliveries are available Feb. 15 for orders of at least five meals.
Cost is $5 and all proceeds benefit the Generations Center.

Correction
An article in Thursday’s Winchester Sun incorrectly stated candidates have until Jan. 31 to file to run for mayor. The mayor of Winchester is elected for a four-year term, and there will not be another election until 2014.
