Charged
— Stephanie Russell, 32, was charged Monday with public intoxication, two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, and having a controlled substance not in its original container.
Reports
— At 6:51 p.m. Monday, officers took report of an assault at 175 Hospital Dr. The man was allegedly assualted at 6:30 p.m. and then drove to Clark Regional Medical Center.
— At 12:21 p.m. Monday, officers took report of a credit card theft at 16 S. Maple St.
Accident
— At 5:25 p.m. Feb. 8, officers responded to an injury accident at the intersection of College Street and Boone Avenue in which Donna K. Sehorne of 1703 Water Works Road said she did not see the stop sign on College Street before the intersection and went straight through. Hannah M. Lile, of 410 Country Club Court, was driving on Boone Avenue and said she could not avoid the collision. Lile’s car came to rest in a yard on Boone Avenue. Lile was complaining of arm pain but refused the ambulance. She told police she would go to the emergency room on her own.

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 12 general medical cases, two cardiac cases and three respiratory cases.

— At 6:53 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a dryer fire on 211 Orchid Court.
