Charged
— Jenia L. Dixon, 45, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Melinda Kay Horn, 42, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Robert A. Johnson, 47, was charged Sunday with speeding, failure to illuminate headlights, reckless driving, driving under the influence and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Ashley E. Stratton, 26, was charged Friday with resisting arrest, menacing, terroristic threatening and second-degree wanton endangerment.

Reports
— At 12:53 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 508 College St. after a stereo was stolen from a vehicle.
— At 4:45 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning harassment on a school bus.
— At 4:51 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 563 Country Club Court concerning the theft of a necklace and a cell phone.
— At 9:28 a.m. Saturday, a woman reported that she had been assaulted and wanted to go to the hospital.
— At 2:47 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a wallet.
— At 9:40 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 8 Carol Road concerning an attempted burglary.
— At 1:35 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway concerning a theft.
— At 2:10 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 217 W. Hickman St. after a television and a stereo were stolen.
— At 2:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 152 Magnolia St. concerning a breaking and entering complaint.
— At 3:05 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report about a known male kicking a person’s car.
