— On Friday, Leonard G. Coffey of Clay City, was charged with 4th degree assault.
— On Thursday, Christina E. Moore of Mount Sterling was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
— At 2:51 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the theft of a wallet/purse at 16 S. Maple St.
— At 10:11 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the theft of a Playstation and jewelry at 110 Dixon Way.
— At 1:08 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to items taken from an apartment at 250 Oxford Dr.

Reports
— At 11:07 a.m. Sunday, Randall D. Lykins of 3448 Irvine Road reported that someone broke into his residence and stole a .22-caliber High Standard revolver and 46-inch TV.
— On Friday, William B. Pace of Lexington reported someone vandalized the air conditioner unit at 645 Westmeade Drive.
— At 6 p.m. Saturday, John Chism of 1380 Right Angle Road reported that someone stole four aluminum wheels from his Mustang. Gas also was siphoned from the vehicle, and an outbuilding on the property was ransacked.
Accidents
— At 7:53 p.m. Sunday, Stacey Reed of 311 Jameson Way was traveling on Highway 15 when she lost control of the vehicle because of slippery road conditions. Reed and two passengers, Makayla Williamson of 311 Jameson Way and Marcella Boone of 1079 Crowe Ridge Road, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.
— At 1:55 p.m. Saturday, Ray Ashcraft of 4759 Ironworks Road, was traveling on Highway 15 when his rear driver’s side tire blew out. A passenger, Joyce Ashcraft of 4759 Ironworks Road, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.

— During the weekend, emergency personnel conducted three local transfers and 14 out-of-town transfers. They also responded to 10 general medical cases, four cardiac cases, seven motor vehicle accidents, six respiratory cases, two seizures, two falls and three engine assists.
