Report
— On Feb. 1, Jamie Stamper of 2197 Thompson Station Road reported that someone entered her home during November 2012 and took a PlayStation 2 and an iPod.
— At 2:30 p.m. Monday, employees at Shell Mart, 570 Van Meter Road, reported that a someone presented two stolen checks from Hazard.
Accident
— At 12:44 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Mary Combs of 107 Sycamore St. was traveling north and ran a red light. Her vehicle then struck another, driven by Cynthia Jones of Denniston, as she turned left onto Bypass Road. Jones was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— Luis Alvarez, 41, was charged Sunday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Travis Mikel Burgess, 26, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.
— Jarah M. Iker, 19, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Brittany Jones, 23, was charged Friday with public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
— Arnold D. Literal, 31, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Stephanie M. Sobleski, 29, was charged Sunday with being a fugitive from another state.
— Jeremy Richard Sparks, 26, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
